1. Does it cost to join Cheapskate?
There's no cost at all!
Visitors that come to Cheapskate World looking for discount coupons, never pay anything for this service. We simply want you to feel FREE to look around, find coupons that are of interest to you, print them out and save lots of money. This service is paid for by the participating advertising businesses on Cheapskate. So there's never a cost to our shoppers.
2. What are Online Coupons?
Online coupons work by the same principle as traditional print coupons which you would redeem at a retail store. You simple print out the coupon or retrieve the Coupon Code and shop at your stores for less.
3. What are the two types of Online Coupons and how do I use them?
o Printed Coupons: Just click the "Print Coupon" button and shop at the store as you normally would.
o Code Coupons: Sometimes you need to use a code at checkout to redeem a specific offer. In such cases we will provide you with this coupon code. Click the "Get Coupon Code" button and you will notice that the coupon code is displayed in popup window that opens for your convenience.

4. How can I change my email address, password, or other info?
Sign into Cheapskate and click the ‘My Account’ link in the upper right corner and then click the ‘My Account Settings’ to go to the member Control Panel where you can edit your email address, password, and all other information.
5. I forgot my password, now what?
To reset your password, simply go to this link: www.cheapskate.bm/bm/login/forgotpassword
6. How do I print a coupon?
When you see a coupon you like click on the ‘VIEW COUPON’ then "PRINT COUPON" to start the process.
7. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to a Cheapskate email newsletter?
To sign up for an email newsletter just enter your email address in the blue box at the bottom of the HOME Page. Make sure you add newsletter@cheapskate.bm to your contacts so they won’t go to your Spam folder. To unsubscribe you can either click the ‘Unsubscribe Instantly’ link at the bottom of the last newsletter we sent or you can contact us directly by emailing us.
8. How do I subscribe to specific categories?
To subscribe and receive emails from specific categories only that you are interested in, click on the category and in the blue box, enter your email address. Make sure you add newsletter@cheapskate.bm to your contacts so they won’t go to your Spam folder.
9. I am not receiving emails from Cheapskate, what do I do?
Check your SPAM folder. Make sure you add newsletter@cheapskate.bm to your contacts so they won’t go to your Spam folder. Contact us directly if your still don’t receive emails.
10. What will I earn for referring other members?
By referring other members, you increase our Cheapskate membership of shoppers which persuades local businesses to offer more discounts to you, a Cheapskate member.
11. When do coupons expire?
Coupons always have an expiration date noted. Each coupon is different. So, please look at each coupon that you plan to use if check the expiration date. If you have any further question about an expiration date or conditions or restrictions that may apply, you should contact the business who is offering the coupon for any additional details.
12. I don’t see any companies I like to shop here?
If you want to see discounts from more of your favorite businesses on Cheapskate, please use or Refer A Busines to us. Just ask the businesses that you already shop at, if they’re apart of Cheapskate. We’ll be happy to reach out to them and help them get started! Send us their information on the Contact Us page or via email.
13. How often can I print out and use coupons?
Unless the coupon has special instructions like, "One coupon per person", etc., you can print out the coupon and use it over and over again until expiration or until the business seizes the coupon. Each coupon typically includes some type of a disclaimer, details or restrictions. So, please read all of the information printed on each coupon.
If you have any questions on coupon restrictions, we recommend that you call the business offering the coupon directly.
14. Question about today's deal?
We can try to help, but you should probably try the business first - you can find a link to their website and their contact info (phone, address, email).
